Used to like it. But service gets worse and worse. Today I am unable to send money completely. Type in PHP amount and get divide by zero error. Type in SGD amount and PHP amount is not updated. Sent message for help hours ago but still no response.
Been using this app for so long. Until last SUNDAY i came to deal with rude and unprofessional staff.SO BAD HOW THIS STAFF CAN GIVE YOUR APP A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. DECIDED NOT TO DO ANY TRANSACTIONS ANYMORE.
App is good. However, staff at Singapore office is nothing but plain RUDE!!! Not meant for a service industry work!!!
